Condolence From: Ann Linsey Hurley
Condolence: I am so sad to learn that the world has lost one of it's shining lights. I enjoyed my formative and high school years with Scott, and he was one of the most loving, kind, funny and clever people I've known. He always seemed to have a quick joke to throw into situations and he brought levity and joy into everything.
I saw Scott at a reunion we had last summer and he hadn't changed - still so open, gentle and wonderful - he had a gift of making everyone else feel so good! I will always remember Scott and will always be grateful for having shared a part of my life with him.
I send my love and deepest condolences to all of his family at this very sad time.

With love and
blessings ~
Linsey (Ann) Hurley

Condolence From: Joe Shalhoub
Condolence: I am so saddened to learn of Scott's untimely passing. He was a great man who remained cheerful & optimistic even when life's storms rained down. He was always uplifted by his spiritual faith. His devotion & love for his family & children is well-known.

He personally impacted my own life with his infectious, positive-outlook. He frequently advised to see the good in all people & situations, even when things may seem insurmountable, or just not worth the effort.

I remain grateful to Scott for sharing his kind spirit through his conversations with me and bestowing some of his basic goodness onto this world. He demonstrated excellent strength of character, and was a benevolent leader in his quiet, gentle way.

Thanks Scott. May you rest in peace. I pray that your Dad & daughters will get through this difficult time.
